Service Advisor Operations

• Added the ability to assign deposits to different customers. It can be used to apply a payment if the document has a different Sell-to and Bill-to customer, read more. 

• Renamed the Ask a Question button in the Role Centre to Get Support, which now provides several options for customers to obtain support when clicked, read more. 

• Enabled the splitting of scheduled standard events into separate allocations when paused and restarted from Easy Clocking, similar to service allocations. 

• Introduced Vehicle Type filter on Service Packages for online booking, available under the SP Version Conditions. 

• Added TPMS, Service Indicator and Technical Specificifications quick access buttons within the Jobsheets for both Service Advisors and Technicians. 

• Added the ability to set up custom email addresses for each branch. This feature allows users to send emails from documents or reminders to customers using branch-specific email addresses, read more. 
• Added the Show Jobsheet action in VI Estimate, allowing users to open the linked Jobsheet directly. 

• Added access to the Whats New page from the Home screen. 

• Added item margin line checker setup, which, when enabled, prevents posting of the document if the Unit Price is less than or equal to the Cost, read more. 

• Added a new On Hold action in the service schedule, allowing users to put allocations on hold directly from the schedule, read more. 

• Added customer number field tag to the bulk SMS page and customer notifications, making it easier to include customer identification. 

• Added a new setting for the Jobsheet that enables a time overrun notification. When activated, this notification appears if the hours charged on an invoice are less than the actual hours clocked by resources, read more. 

 

Payments and Accountancy

• Updated the payment link to make the Show Document button more prominent, encouraging customers to click on it and view their invoice. 

• Added the ability to import Capital On Tap Bank CSV files. 

• Added Stripe Integration to enable the processing of payments directly on the Stripe platform, read more. 

 

Human Resource Management  

• Added integration with TimeTastic HR system which enables syncing of employee data, including holidays and absence records, read more. 

 

Customer Management

• Added the ability to copy comments from surveys, allowing customers to easily transfer them to external review platforms. This streamlines the process of completing a survey and, if positive, leaving a review. 

Vehicle Management

• Added document printouts to use the model description from the vehicle card to ensure that updated details are printed. 

• Added the vehicle model description on the Vehicle Sales Order Page, Vehicle Sales Invoice Printout, and Vehicle Sales Order Printout, ensuring that all sales documents reflect the updated vehicle details. 

• Added the Vehicle Identification Number(VIN) to the Vehicle Checklist Card. 

• Added Power Max kW field in the Vehicle Table and Vehicle Card to for easy viewing of maximum power specifications for the vehicle. 

Online Booking

• Integrated the Isle of Man Vehicle Data Lookup service into the online booking system, enabling the identification of Isle of Man licence plates when customers from the region make an online booking, read more. 

• Added the option to select the default Primary Vehicle Data Lookup Region in Online Booking. 

• Added the ability to select a vehicle for online booking based on Make, Model, Fuel Type, and Engine Capacity. 

Technician Operations

• Added an Open Partslink24 action so technicians can access PartsLink24 directly from their devices. 

Purchasing

• Added the ability to create Purchase Orders from estimates and VI estimates, similar to how it is set up in the Jobsheet using the Purchase(Special) column, read more. 

• Added Napa Autoparts integration that enables direct order placement on AAG 360 website for the required parts from Garage Hive, read more. 

• Purchase Order printouts now include vehicle details.
