Welcome to the latest update from Garage Hive. We are excited to present the newest features and updates that we have been working on for the past three months. We thank our community of users for being actively involved in the development process, and we are proud to introduce new functionalities such as recurring events and the ability to rank customers. Let’s dive in and explore these updates in more detail!

Vehicle Management:

Customers can now mark their vehicle as sold from a reminder notification to stop future reminders; read more.

Added a default branch code for vehicle cards so that location-specific vehicle reminders can be sent. Read more; read more.
Added the ability of Vehicle Date Reminders to incorporate location codes from the vehicle card. This enables reminders to be sent based on the specific location code assigned to the vehicle.

Customer Management:

Customers can now be ranked based on past interactions, like purchasing behaviour; read more.

Customer Online Authorisation:

It is now possible to add videos from external platforms like YouTube and Service Visuals to the online job authorization; read more.

Service Advisor Operations:

The schedule now allows adding recurring Standard Events. For instance, you can schedule training sessions for any of your resources on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis; read more.

Emojis are now added as a prefix to system-generated comments in the Attention tile to help you prioritize and understand them. For more information, read more.

Added Reminded Not Booked tiles that display a list of reminders sent to customers who have not yet booked. This feature helps you keep track of which customers require follow-up action regarding their booking, read more.
Added the vehicle location code to the Reminded Not Booked table and modified the filter to consider the location. This allows for filtering the Reminded Not Booked notifications based on location.

Added the line checker triangle warning (⚠️) to include information when an item is being listed more than once on the same document, read more.

Added integration with InfoPro (formerly Haynes Pro) as an alternative VRM lookup provider to UK Vehicle Data.

Finance and Accounting:

Added Integration with QuickBooks Online API to enable syncing of data to and from Quickbooks, read more.
