Community-driven garage management software, Garage Hive is set to announce the integration of the LKQ Euro Car Parts catalogue at Automechanika Birmingham, bringing further time-saving benefits for users.
Garage Hive customers can now access the motor factors’ comprehensive catalogue of products, along with real-time pricing and availability from within the system, before then ordering what’s needed at the click of a button.
“Making parts price and availability visible within Garage Hive and then powering self-service ordering is a real time-saver,” said Ray Dilsons, Managing Director of Garage Hive. “At point of initial enquiry, garages have no need to open other systems to look up parts prices. Adding part numbers and prices to a job can now be done in seconds as can parts ordering.”
An intuitive process allows users to select the ‘basket’ of parts required and add them to a job sheet. A purchase order can then be generated and sent from the system straight to branch.

The Penygroes Service Centre located in South Wales was founded in 2014 by Jonathan. He has extensive 17 years of experience in the industry. Tom and Kayleigh runs their garage TR Autos in Yeovil, Somerset. They joined Garage Hive last year. Tom has two decades of industry experience , both practical and technician side and now business as TR Autos was founded in 2008; since then the team has grown, practices have moved away from paper diaries to garage management software, their productivity has increased and they also have moved into bigger premises.
PW Auto Repairs was founded in 2015 by Paul Whetton, who has 23 years of industry experience and has always wanted to be a technician. Diana Whetton joined and, as she said in her own words, "came as temporary help but never left!" They found and started using Garage Hive in 2020. The business now has seven staff members, including Paul and Diana.
