The ability to add text templates that allow technicians to select from pre-defined faults & inspection descriptions depending on which section of the vehicle inspection they are on.
Users can add as many text templates as they wish and assign them to particular lines with vehicle inspections.
Technicians can also search for text templates or text template codes.
This allows for more consistent vehicle inspections which much more detailed descriptions that help service advisors and more importantly customers understand the issues and requirements.
The Penygroes Service Centre located in South Wales was founded in 2014 by Jonathan. He has extensive 17 years of experience in the industry.
