Garage Hive customers can now easily present finance plan information to customers on Estimates, Vehicle Inspections and Invoices.
In all service documents under the Payments action menu, there is now an “Add Finance Plan”
The finance plan menu allows you to overwrite the amount to finance, change the start date and even select from various other finance plan templates.
You can create various finance plan templates and choose from the following options.
Adding a finance plan to a document will populate a comment line, you can choose a default comment type to populate, this allows you to decide if and where it is printed on any document. It also allows you to edit any details displayed to the customer.
On Estimates and Vehicle Inspection Estimates, you may not want to add a finance plan to every line on the document, for this reason, the finance plan will only take into account lines that have been included in the price calculation.
