Our Online Authorisation feature brings convenience to your customers and your business by providing a more efficient process for getting work authorised from health checks performed on customers’ vehicles. It allows customers to approve work on their vehicle after receiving an online estimate/report, which is sent through Garage Hive as a link via SMS or Email. This includes photos and descriptions of the issues you’ve identified, making it easy to understand what needs to be done and enabling customers to “approve” any work at the click of a button.

  1. Significantly reduces the time in gaining authorisation on jobs as your customers can simply tick what work they want you to complete through their phone, without the need for a phone call, which updates on Garage Hive instantly.
  2. Reduces the number of calls daily and time spent on the phone, with customers often authorising the work beforehand. If they do request a call back to get more information, you’ve already sent photos and descriptions of the issue, so they understand what needs to be done and why before speaking to you. This makes the conversation between you much quicker and easier.
  3. You can potentially increase your profits per job, as you can build quotes, send over what needs fixing more urgently, and any advisories. This can potentially lead to customers deciding on having the advisory work completed too.
